Who’s coming
I’m Sandra. I’ll help you see what’s possible.
In your space, I see what a photo can’t show: the light, how you move through the room, what’s worth keeping.
I trained as an architect in Venezuela, and I’ve designed and built homes for more than 10 years in Venezuela, Chile and Toronto. I run Habitual Homes with Johanna. We’re licensed and fully insured.

Before.
A short form and a few photos, so I come prepared.
During.
45 minutes in your space. We walk through it, I answer your questions, and we talk about layout, what to keep, what to change and where to start.
After.
Your Design Session notes by email within 2 business days: what we saw, what I recommend, what comes first, and a quick sketch if it helps. Plus one follow-up question by email in the next 7 days.
Remote? You send a short video of your space. Within 3 business days, you get a recorded video from me, up to 15 minutes, plus your notes in writing.

You send a video of your space. You get a recorded video answer and written notes in 3 business days. From anywhere.
Paid when you book. Need to move it? Change your time up to 24 hours before. Cancel more than 24 hours before for a full refund. We take on 4 sessions a week. Remote sessions: full refund before you send your form.

Which areas do you visit?
Toronto, Durham, York and Peel. Anywhere else, choose the Remote Design Session.
How does the Remote Design Session work?
After you pay, you get a short form. Upload a video walking through your space, a few photos and your questions. Within 3 business days, you get a recorded video from Sandra, up to 15 minutes, and your notes in writing. No calls to schedule.
What should I have ready?
The questions you want answered, a few photos, and a rough budget if you have one.
Can you tell me what it will cost to build?
We can share what projects like yours usually cost in Toronto. A quote comes after a design. We don’t give quotes without a design.
Will I get drawings?
You get written notes and, if it helps, a quick hand sketch. Plans, 3D and measurements are part of the Interior Design Plan.
Can my partner or my contractor join?
Yes. Bring whoever helps you decide.
Is the Design Session credited if I hire you for the design?
No. The session is a service on its own. You keep the answers and the notes, whatever you decide next.
What if I need more time?
You can book another session.
