I’m Sandra. I’ll help you plan it right.
Your home shapes your day. The right space makes life easier, and helping people get there is the part of my work I love most.
You can picture what you want. The hard part is knowing if it all works together, fits your house, and fits your budget. That’s normal. That’s where I help.
I trained as an architect in Venezuela, and I’ve designed and built homes for more than 10 years in Venezuela, Chile, and Toronto. The projects that go well are the ones that were planned well. Fix mistakes on paper, where they’re cheap. Not in your walls, where they’re not.
No one can see behind your walls, especially in older Toronto homes. If we find something once they’re open, we stop, show you, price the fix, and you decide.
I run Habitual Homes with Johanna. We’re licensed and fully insured, we work with licensed trades, and we get the right permits.

We don’t give quotes without a design. Without a plan, every quote is a guess. So after the call, the next step is your Interior Design Plan: layout, lighting, finishes, details for each trade and an estimated budget, all planned before anything is built.

Build it with us or with any contractor you choose.

Your design fee comes back if we build it.
If we build your project, the fee is credited to construction.
One space: $1,000 + HST. We take on 4 design projects per month.

Is the call really free?
Yes. It’s a 15-minute phone call with no obligation.
Who will call me?

What should I have ready?
A few photos of the space, what you want to change, and a rough budget.
Do you work in my area?
In person in Toronto and the GTA. Outside the GTA? Get a Remote Interior Design Plan. You send us a video of your space, and we design it remotely. No call needed: you can buy it directly.
How much does the Interior Design Plan cost?
One space: $1,000 + HST, up to whole-home plans. See all prices and what’s included.
If you build my project, do I pay for the design twice?
No. If we build it, your design fee is credited to construction.
Can I use the plan with another contractor?
Yes. The plan is yours. Any contractor can price it and build it.
How long does the Interior Design Plan take?
From 2 weeks to 2 months.
Do you handle permits?
If your project needs a permit, we also prepare the permit drawings, as a separate step with its own price. If we build your project, we handle the permit for you.
