We design before we build. It starts with a free call. Then, in the Interior Design Plan, we visit, measure, and design your kitchen in 2D and 3D before any cabinet is ordered. Then we build it with our own trades.
A kitchen refresh is usually $25,000 to $40,000. A full renovation with a new layout, custom cabinets, stone counters, and new electrical and plumbing is usually $60,000 to $120,000. High-end or structural kitchens go over $120,000. All construction prices + HST.
8 to 12 weeks of construction for a standard kitchen. Design, permits and cabinet making happen before that, so plan a few extra months from the first call.
It depends on what changes. Usually no permit if you keep the same layout and replace cabinets, counters, backsplash, appliances and paint. You need a permit if you move plumbing or gas, or open or remove a wall. Then you also need permit drawings, from $2,000 + HST (engineering, if needed, is extra). We prepare them, and if we build your kitchen, we handle the permit.
Yes, most clients do. Your kitchen will be out of use while we work on it, so plan a simple setup in another room (kettle, microwave, mini-fridge). We seal off the work area, control dust and clean every day.
Older Toronto homes often hide old wiring, old plumbing or damaged subfloor. If we find something, we stop, show you, price the fix, and you decide. We never add work to your budget without your written approval.
Yes. Our cabinets are custom made to our drawings by the millwork companies we work with. We coordinate them with every other trade on site. We don’t use big-box cabinets.
No. We only work with our own licensed plumber and electrician. It keeps communication clear and the work on schedule.
We supply the materials, like tile and setting materials, so we can stand behind the work. You can supply some fixtures, like light fixtures, sconces and faucets, plus your appliances or fireplace. Send us the product link and specs first, so we plan the plumbing and electrical for them.

Yes. We help with sizes, layout fit, and how each appliance affects the cabinets (panel-ready fridges, built-in dishwashers, range hoods that vent well). You buy the appliances, and we install them.
