We’ve Seen the Problem From Both Sides
We graduated as architects in Venezuela in 2014 and spent the next 10 years working on custom homes across three countries—designing in Venezuela, designing and building in Chile, and coordinating renovation projects here in Toronto.
Along the way, we watched the same problems destroy projects over and over: designers creating beautiful plans that blow budgets, contractors saying “that’s not what I quoted,” and homeowners stuck in the middle paying for coordination chaos.
So we built Habitual Homes to fix it.
