This is an accent wall we installed for a family in Scarborough, Toronto. They are expecting their first baby and they wanted to decorate their baby’s room and have everything set up to give him the best welcome possible.
We suggested a nature-inspired design aiming to bring to this special space some benefits like health and well-being associated with the natural environment.
We took inspiration from plantain leaves to create this abstract shape on the wall.
We choose Mediterranean Charm green paint from BEHR MARQUEE for this baby bedroom as this color is quiet and has a restful effect as well as a sense of security which can have a positive effect on people, especially on a newborn.
Green is a soothing color that can also invite harmony and diffuse anxiety which is ideal for the bedroom.
The paint we use is an eggshell from BEHR MARQUEE which turns out to cover really well.
